They agreed to hold on to it for us til the next afternoon so we could go to the bank and get the money. Shook on that too. Called the very next morning asking who to make the cashiers check out to and was informed they had sold it. After a few negative posts the "son" Robert texts me saying he gave the other guys money back and against his better judgement was going to agree to the original deal. Robert (the manager, and son) proceeds to tell me "he's only doing this cause his dad is making him." I at that point honestly felt racially profiled and discriminated upon. I am a Happy Camper!!! Just before a trip to the beach in our camper we discovered the back AC was…read morenot working. I looked through Yelp and found Boondocks Mobile RV Service and messaged them. They called me a set up an appointment quickly. A little backstory...We've had our new fifth wheel for a year and a half and we are are still new campers. We have always taken our camper back to the dealer to get it fixed and months later finally get it back with something else wrong. No joke! it's happened numerous times. The last time we took it in they had it for 6 MONTHS. I had to cancel so many trips which cost us deposits. I tell this story because I never knew I could had Boondocks come to me!! I am sooooooo happy! Boondocks came out next day and found my AC was done in. We have an extended warranty so it was covered, but unfortunately for our beach trip we had to wait until the AC could be sent to them before they could install it. We did okay with one AC and then Hurricane Dorian ruined the second beach weekend (but not really, as it didn't hit us). As soon as the new AC was in they came out and installed it quickly. I asked them if they could fix a blind that had fallen and a few other things and BAM! it was all done. They really know their stuff and get down to work. I found the technicians knowledgeable, courteous and they cleaned up everything from the repair. For the first time in a year and a half our RV has nothing wrong or broken. I would also like to say that within the first 10 minutes of Nate checking out our RV on the first trip out he taught me things I didn't know about my camper! If you have an RV, you know things break. Call Boondocks and your problems are solved.
