Would give zero stars if possible. Horrid management from corporate down to the regional and local staff - all with a total lack of education and training in regard to dealing with the elderly. Terrible food (with zero respect to nutrition) plus filthy facility. Had family member there for a few months - absolutely awful! Don't fall for their heavy-handed sales pitch. read more

I do not recommend sending a loved one here for recovery. It is definitely understaffed and the food has a lot to be desired. My family member constantly had cold food, no condiments, totally lacking flavor, items. He was not on a restricted diet. The nurses and support staff were amazing though. They did their absolute best with what they were working with. My other concern was with communication. Getting through to a live person instead of answering machines was practically impossible. Again, a staffing issue. Weekends were horribly understaffed. 1 nurse to cover 20 plus patients is way too many, and also assist with meals?!

It smells very bad as you walk in, they no longer keep the entrance and elevator clean, there is old furniture in the seating areas that don't belong.
