I went into the store this morning (approx 11am on 7/26/2020), and had the worst experience I've…read moreever had in a 7-11. The woman working the counter has no business working in retail. It was clear to me that she was flustered by the long line, and could not handle it. She delt with this by being abusive to customers with her terrible attitude. Typically in retail, when the line gets long, you ask a coworker to open another register. This woman did no such thing. Instead she was talking down to her co-worker. Each customer on the line had to take some form of abuse from this employee. When it was my turn, I just wanted to get out of the store. Then she had no change. Rather than ask me to wait for a second, she refused to give me my change. Unhappy with the service, I asked for a refund, she refused, and began to go after me with her terrible attitude. I reluctantly left with my items, furious. I will not be going back to this location again if this is the kind of behavior the proprietor finds acceptable from his employees.
