Frank came to our house and gave us a quote for Outdoor lights.  We approved and asked him to…read moreproceed with the installation and that is when I realized I was given FALSE information.  The big selling point was - Frank said that he uses LED lights manufactured by AMP (sister company of Volt) which are rated for 10 years (40,000 hours).  However, Frank warrants the lights ONLY for 1 year.  That was a red flag in my mind, but I did not connect the dots at that time.    On the day of installation, the installer Zach showed me the fixtures (see pics attached).  The fixtures with the lights (bullet UL-101 lights and UL-102 lights) were not in a box.  I asked the installer why they were not in a box (are these pre-owned fixtures?).  Zach said they do not get it from their supplier in a box.   Further, the fixtures did not have ANY identification - no manufacturer name, no SKU number... NOTHING.  Only the Chinese knockoff fixtures have NO identification.  Do these fixtures have AMP lights?  The answer is a big NO.   I canceled the installation and gave Frank multiple opportunities to clarify and he continues to be EVASIVE.  Note:  Very cleverly, Frank does not include manufacturer's names on his website....if you think for a minute you would know why....however, we are so busy with our daily activities that we really trust contractors and do not get into these details.       Also, watch out for the reviews for Abulous (many look Fake and Paid for).  If a reviewer has only 1 or 2 reviews and has glowing things to say about your service - it is MOST likely a Fake account!! I see several such reviews for Abulous.   Before you waste your like (like what I did), ask that you want to look at sample fixtures.  Do your due diligence!!

The customer service was below par and they seemed to have a disconnect between the agreed upon lighting, what decor supplies they have and communication with their installers. Also be sure to check the charges that post to the account that you paid with as my charges that posted weeks after the install wert more than the agreed upon quote. I will not be doing business with this company again and would never consider them for my business.

Paul came over promptly after we contacted him, and did not charge us for the assessment visit as other companies I contacted wanted to do. Although we had been originally interested in a repair only, he gave us an estimate for the repair plus a complete "tune up" of our 6 year old system, including cleaning the lenses, replacing the bulbs, restaking fixtures, and we are glad we decided to have it done. He also advised on new astronomical timers, which are great because they adjust themselves throughout the year without us having to do anything. We are very happy we went with Paul and pleased with both the service and outcome.

Infinite Electric Inc…read more Working with this company has been the worst experience that I have had ever. They do not care about the customer's time or the impact they have on the customer. I needed my attic fan replaced and my warranty company contracted with Infinite electric for the job. Here is a timeline. 1. They were supposed to call me within 24 hours of my service request, they did not, I called them three days after the service request. 2. They asked me to go into the attic to take a picture of the fan, which is not safe as a homeowner. 3. They changed the scheduled appointment 3 times after the scheduled time. Each time they changed the appointment it was the day of the service after I already took the day off from work. Their excuses were that they were booked, did not get the part, part is still delayed, their vehicle broke down.
