Mulch should not be relied upon to protect electrical wiring because its not deep enough and can be contacted by animals, workers and children will find it. T's team did not clean up trash after the job. I text TP about the issue on cleanup and unburied lines and his response on Wednesday 5, 2025 and his response was "yes they should be cleaning up and burying wires" then he followed up with "we'll be out there tomorrow". This guy does not stand by his word after he gets money. Now i have to go out and bury lines i paid $1600. make sure you uncover everything before you pay. LIGHTS LIGHT UP BUT THE LACK OF RESPECT AND FOLLOW UP RUINED THE WHOLE JOB.
