I was considering going with permanent house lighting for years and finally did it. The crew had the product installed in about 6-7 hours which was amazing. The installation is clean with no exposed wiring, very professionally done. The APP that runs the system, is full of so many different patterns that I spent 2-3 hours in the dark experimenting with the various colors. Let me first start by saying this is not a paid review. Our…read moreroof was on its last leg literally and when Brad came out to give us an estimate he said it needed to be redone. But I don't think any of us knew how bad our roof had deteriorated. When the ALCC arrived and started to work they were on time and professional. As the work unfolded Brad and his lead Justin we're on site every day. Both Brad and Justin kept myself and my husband informed the entire process. The amount of information and over the top customer service that was provided during our roofing was exceptional. I am a stickler for customer service, professionalism and honesty and Brad Justin and the crew for ALCC construction hit it out of the park in every category. During the walk through that took place on Saturday was even exceptional because Justin came and it was the weekend and everybody has weekend plans and Justin put his plans on hold to make sure that every question and every concern was answered and followed through and my husband and I really appreciate the attention to details and the courtesy shown to make sure we as customers were happy with the job. And a huge shout out every night they cleaned up. We had a leak down our picture window after a monsoon. We called them the next day. They came out…read morethe same day and gave us a good estimate. They did the job two days later. The next time it rained, there was another leak near our front door. They came back and fixed the problem with no charge. It's been fine ever since. Good price and fast and reliable work. If we have any more problems, they will top our list of who to call. And they even did something unrelated to the roof. Being a little older, we were unable to get up a ladder and replace some florescent lighting. He only charged us for parts and replaced the lights. Service beyond expectations!!
