A well designed hotel, beautifully landscaped, with comfortable, very clean rooms and free parking. Staff are very polite and helpful. The leisure pool is excellent, as are the whirlpool /spa and sauna facilities. There is also a small work-out room. Very good quality English and Continental breakfasts and the service was efficient. Other than breakfast, my wife and I did not eat at the hotel due to some varied and poor reviews of the evening meals and bar snacks. Food and drink prices are excessive so we ate at a very hospitable local hostelry in Crick (about 15 mins walk) where very good food can be purchased at lunch-time and evenings (separate menus). The menu includes a good vegetarian choice and a variety of cask ales is also on offer all at very reasonable price. Perhaps the hotel should review its pricing policy. read more
