Very happy that we cabbed here for our stay in Germany. Located right next to the highway exit and also next to a delicious restaurant, this hotel has it all. Haven't had the breakfast yet, but I've heard it's good. The shower is unreal; you'll feel the force of Poseidon pulsing through and personally scrubbing the dirt from your body. The service here is extremely nice and friendly and they have a cozy bar, outside chilling area, and a fair amount of free parking nearby. The Wi-Fi isn't bad, which has been amazing in helping us plan our trip. This hotel is definitely the bees knees, whatever that means to you. But I hope my five stars secure this place among the best places to stay since we've been in Germany. UPDATE: had the breakfast. Wowowow. I was super impressed by this hotel. When we walked in it was so new looking and there were muffins and croissants for the guests checking in. There is also a bar right next to the front desk in case you're ready for a drink or just some cool water. It's right off the freeway, clean, has a lift, business room with computers, and awesome breakfast that's included with the price of your room. Not many hotels have ice machines in Germany but this one did. No ice buckets but there are medium size cups next to the machine down in the -1 floor. They also have a small laundromat for you to wash your clothes if you wish. I was missing home and this place was as Amercanized as you can find in Germany. My favorite part? - The FREE breakfast! Lots of great stuff to choose from at the buffet. Fresh fruit, delicious homemade donuts, meats, cheeses, veggies, and your choice of hard of soft boiled eggs. Great coffees and breads too. We'd stayed at 16 different hotels/inns on our trip and this was by far my favorite as far as modern goes. It had no view but I was happy with everything. And the wifi came in great too. So many places we stayed at had crappy wifi. Stay here if you are traveling for a nice refreshing stay. read more

I have to say we chose the hotel based on the reviews and were unfortunately terribly disappointed by the staff as never before in our many travels. Our room was overbooked and we got a bad substitute, but all would be fine if anyone remembered to mention this to us! I had to call down to reception upon arrival to the room to check if this indeed was our room. Upon check-out we mentioned this to manager on duty, expecting just a simple apology, but instead she was patronizing, and trying to make us feel like we don't understand how hotels work (as if this was our first time in a hotel). The hotel is new, clean and nice, at a handy location near the highway. Breakfast is good, but not exceptional. Hotel prices fluctuate a lot so you can either get it as cheap as €65 or more than 115 EUR per night. read more
