There were also food items left outside our door by the previous guests that sat there for nearly 24 hours. Unfortunately, the dining experience wasn't much better. I had to send my lunch back on our first day because it was extremely cold. The following morning, another member of our party was served eggs and sausage that were also terribly cold. I do want to acknowledge something positive. We really appreciated the text communication with Henry. The responses were prompt and helpful, and that was definitely a bright spot during our stay. I understand that things happen, and I certainly don't expect perfection. But when you're paying these kinds of rates, basic cleanliness, properly maintained furniture, attentive housekeeping, and hot food shouldn't be too much to ask.
