I waited almost 2 hours to get my hair done & the other girl never came. I waited until one of the girls that worked there finally finished so she could take me next. I came in to get my hair dyed a burgundy color. When I was finished it came out a HOT PINK with patches of blonde. The girl knew I wasn't exactly satisfied. So she gave me her info to message her. When I did I asked if I can come the next day so she can fix it early in the morning. NEVER replied until she saw me the next day at 4pm & decided to message me at 7pm she was busy. I hated it so I ended up dying it myself back to my original color. I talked to the "manager" multiple times to see if I can get my money back. She said she would talk to her boss & let me know but she never did. I wasted over $100 for NOTHING!!!

I had Angela perform my mani/pedi and I have to tell you...this was one of the BEST experiences I've had! She was thoughtful, gentle and very thorough! I would recommend her highly. The staff is friendly and very welcoming. I do wish I spoke more Spanish or they spoke more English, but there was someone there to translate. Even with the language barrier, Angela was considerate, kind and very professional. I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a nice nail service in our area.
