Most convenience stores around here offer fresh lemon and lime slices, so it would be nice if they offered it too. Recently I went to refill a propane tank. There's a dial on the wall to select different shampoos, deodorizers, etc. it's amazing not to have to try to bend over the bathtub to wash my dog who hates baths anyway! I love that all the products are in the machine and come out of the hose. There's even a milk bone vending machine on the wall. Make sure you bring towels to dry your dog.

The bad: They lured me in with the $30 hand wax special. First, they scheduled me wrong. When I showed up for my appointment, they jumped the price on me to $85. Then agreed to do the $30. Then told me the $30 price was actually a special from last month and it would be $50 with interior. But on one visit recently the pads came down to wash after I ordered touch-free. When I brought it up, they took it seriously and sincerely apologized and sent the manager out. He gave me a coupon for a free wax. I appreciated how they handled it and now I remind the techs before I enter.
