I thought the staff was friendly and that it didn't look like much from the outside but the inside was maintained beautifully. If I'm ever on this side of the mountain again I'll be returning. But it is one of the places. And sometimes, that's all it needs to be. For travelers along I-80 EB now reading this. Tsk, tsk. You should have stopped in Wendover at the Flying J. I got a killer t-shirt of a mountain man with an awesome beard and a rifle chasing a bear for $5 there. Now your gas light is on, and you don't want to press it. Grantsville is not and easy on/easy off town. You get off, travel south for a bit, then find the main drag. There are a few gas stations to choose from, and you'll be fine at any of them. On the bright side, you get to see Grantsville; a charming little town a few miles off the beaten path and a glimpse into one of many small town Utah portraits. There are worse things to see. For travelers along I-80 WB. Seriously? You didn't get gas before leaving Salt Lake? And you passed the Tooele exit without gas? Well, you better get it here. Again, if you've got a few minutes, it will be a fun trip into town. For non-travelers. This is as good as place as any to get gas. Not a lot of services here, but you've got the pay at the pump and the easy access, and it's on the west side of town near the turnoff to the Willow Canyons, so spread the love around and get your Sinclair on. Not much in the way of a shop, but it'll fill your tank.

They always have competitive prices here and I don't go anywhere else as it's close to home. I love saving money- and when you come here, you can use the gas rewards you earned (just from shopping at Smith's)! Every one hundred points you earn from grocery shopping, you can save ten cents per gallon! It's a pretty amazing deal so this has been going on for years now. It's a pretty clean gas station, conveniently located on the Smith's parking lot, and right next to Roxberry Smoothies.

I don't come here much, but I've been a few times & have not gone inside much, but I needed some gas on the way to my gym & this was the first one. I was trying to pay with whatever was left on my biolife plasma card, cuz why not? last i checked, there was like $9.15 on there, so I figured I'd use the last of it since my husband & I both get paid later this week. the screen prompted me to go inside for some reason, which was annoying since it was 12:30 in the afternoon & there was a long line (mostly consisting of construction workers & high school kids on lunch breaks) so I waited about 5 minutes or so then got up to the register & was helped by a Polynesian (I think?) woman. I told her that I was trying to get gas & pay for it with my plasma card, I told her I wanted to pay $9. I swiped my card & a receipt printed out, but instead of saying "thanks, you're all set, have a nice day" she loudly said "that didn't work, insufficient funds" loudly for everyone behind me to hear, then handed me the receipt that said $0, & said, "that sucks, next!" like really? i know gas station employees aren't exactly customer service moguls, but you couldn't have lowered your voice when you told me my card was declined? or said sorry? I went back to my car & checked my biolife app, it said i had like $7.62 on there, so I was just a little off. I went back inside & of course this woman was no where to be seen, so the other employee working there charged my card for the $7.50 & told me I was set, but I was already embarrassed since everyone in that store had already seen me get my card declined like a minute earlier. to me- (who's worked an ass ton of customer service jobs) it's just tacky to treat customers like that, she could've been much more pleasant. I don't go to maverick all that often anyways, but i am definitely not coming back to this location, or any other for that matter. hart's employees know how to treat customers right!

The coffee was complicated for this first timer and upon asking the young man at the checkout they happily assisted me. In the cafe there were an assortment of meat filled breakfast burritos and tacos. I got the steak Amd egg burrito with scrambled eggs.. I normally don't get gas station food but this was different. The inside was spotlessly clean and organized. I gave it a go and it hit the spot. Everyone there was nice. Exceeding anticipatory service. I have been going to this holiday for 37 years, never had any issues with the staff, they were even…read morethere for me, four years ago, when I had an incident where I needed to hide in their restroom from someone who was trying to assault me, they kindly let me wait in there.It's the restroom for the police. Cami who is one of their cashiers, has made this environment very hostile for me to the point that it has caused me mental and somewhat physical distres, she has created such a hostile environment at the location that I received a phone call from police this morning, because she assumed that I was involved in a situation that had nothing to do with me, she used me as a scapegoat, because she originally told her other employees that she didn't want me in there, none of them really cared if I was in there or not because I had done nothing wrong, so she felt that they were favoring me, she has even gone to the lengths of sending the police to my parents' house this morning at 7am over a situation that once again had nothing to do with me, i do not understand why she has such beef with me. When I only come in there to get a drink and just be friendly, she's a very open person and likes to ask a lot of personal questions. I try to avoid her as much as I can. But it just seems that every time she finds a way to put my name in situations where i'm only just a paying customer, i have always respected her but for some reason thinks it's okay to question me as if she was a detective, one night i had stopped in for a couple beers and had with my kids. She just assumed that I was driving and drinking. As I was checking out her only and first question was.Do you think it's okay to drive drunk with your kids,, i had my sixteen year old who was learning to drive at the time driving me to do so. I don't feel it was appropriate or even professional at all. On another occasion she actually took my phone out of my hand when I was having issues trying to unlock my debit card. She has caused me more stress than any good, so I will no longer be a paying customer, i will take my money elsewhere, at this point It is not worth the stress i go in there to get a drink and go home i see my friends that i've known for 4 plus years and that's it on the only three occasions that I have ever talked to this woman, she has made it traumatizing.
