I was so happy to have a tech in my city. On today, I returned for a filling and I was seated with a different employee that butchered my nailed. She changed my entire shape from coffin to uneven almond and round nails. I was so disappointed bc I didn't ask for a shape change. I informed her to that I wasn't satisfied and I could tell she was frustrated but the whole time she continued watching her show on YouTube bc she had her AirPods in her ear and kept looking at her phone. I requested to have Kiara correct and complete my nails (and she did an AMAZING job) especially having to correct someone else's mistakes. My length was shortened and my shape was changed without consulting/asking me first and I was highly disappointed but managements very grateful that Kiara was patient with me and had me smiling when I left. Great customer service goes a long way.

I had mentioned to him a few times that my hair was not satisfactory to my liking. Sometimes I would come home and put the finishing touch to my hair. The consistenty of the way he fix's hair is gone, it's all about the dollars!!!! I don't mind paying for a service but I want what I pay for. After my last appointment on a Friday it was not satisfactory, and I expressed my concern to him. David called me on a Monday and said we need to end our hair relationship and for me to find someone to do my hair. Before I could say anything he hung up the phone on me. I am very hurt by the way I was treated after so many years of being a loyal client and recommending him to other people. In all good faith I can no longer support someone who treated me like a walk in off the street. Stay away from Fringe Salon in Wilson.

I ordered up a mani and pedi to go along with my haircut. What a WONDERFUL establishment!!! Not what I expected at ALL! So clean, modern and Spa like! It offers all sorts of beauty treatments! I had a regular mani and pedi combo which is a booked for 1hr 45 mins. Very very thorough! She really worked the nail beds with that tool thingy removing all that dead nail bed tissue from the nail on your hands and feet, Unlike most nail places that only lightly pass over. First time in a long time that I didn't go home and redo my locks! Though my hair is short, I had been trying to grow it out! We all know how that goes...lol I ended up with a cute sassy funky cut....I'm no young chicken, however I didn't want that same old dated look. Heck this is 2020! This year I'm going to start treating myself with some pampering! At least once a month I'm going to do something spa-like. Before I retired I treated myself all the time. They do something I've been waiting to try for a long time, and that is "Yoni" Steaming! They have a whole room dedicated to this....I didn't snap a bunch of photos but I had to take a photo of their nail polish WALL....and that is not even the shellac colors, those are on another wall....! I was just looking for something "Close By" and Google pulled up this establishment. Great service, beautiful place. I've finally found my G-Spot, in G-Town! via (G)oogle! Gee who'd of thought!
