They kept me in the loop as to when they were going to be here. Showed up when they said they would. That was not their problem- and they stayed and helped problem solve the issue and got it fixed.

Out of all the services in the area, Rains had the best reputation, the most experienced crews, and the fastest response time. From calling them to completion, took less than 24 hours. Then he came by again just to check on us and make sure everything was good, (we hadn't met him the first time as we were out of town). While our well worked great, our water purification system wasn't working despite multiple calls to company that put it in. We called Ryan Huston to see if he could help us. He worked with the equipment company and was able to get the necessary parts and had it all fixed within hours. The other company did nothing to fix the problem except charge us a lot of money and tell us it would take a couple of days for the water to clear. Huston's is reliable, professional, knowledgeable, and just really great, nice people! Thank you

I found R&R, luckily, on the sticker on my expansion tank. I tried to give a call at 7PM on a weeknight, intending to leave a voicemail, however Randall answered and fielded my non-emergency call for 15 minutes, not rushing me, explaining things to me, and asking for further info. He also said that, while he doesn't normally work with warranty companies, he's give it a shot working with mine. He was out NEXT DAY in the morning, provided a detailed line item diagnosis to repair, worked with my home warranty provider to get the repairs cleared, then had his team perform the service around 1PM that afternoon.
