He explains everything he did very conscientious about what he does and I like that in a person that's doing work on my car. They treat you with respect and that's a bonus too. It ended up being more involved that a simple flat tire, (spare would not come off, required a serious effort and even welding to deal with it) but he gave me 100% of his time even though his customers were waiting. He took care of everything efficiently and kindly to get me back on the road safely, even calling places to see where I could buy another tire that he did not have in stock.
