We often times stop here to gas up, have a potty break, or grab a snack between points A and B. While this place may be cost efficient, that may be where the line ends for them. On my last visit, 2/16/15, I had a fairly negative experience. Upon entering the women's bathroom, a shard of jagged metal from the bottom of the door sliced the top of my foot, completely cutting into two of my toes. Upon exiting the facilities, I asked the two gentlemen that were working the counter if they had a band aid, and informed them of what happened with the door. They barely acknowledged me! While one man disappeared to grab a bandage, the other just stood there and didn't respond to what I was saying. It was really disappointing customer service to say the least.... but all I can hope is that someone else does not have the same experience that I had.
