Chase came out and ran multiple tests and was able to fix the issue and got the light working on both switches. His initial price range quote was spot on as well. I even gave my number to him on Yelp, and he neglected to reach out to me directly until he was "on his way". He said he would contact me after thw first few jobs he had, and I said it was okay, but he gave not time frame at all for a call or visit, so of course when he called to say he was done with his other job and could be on the way, I was not available to take the call. I sent him a message to ask if he schedules appointments or could give a window to expect his arrival, but as before, no response to my message. I honestly cannot say whether his work is good, but I can say the way he operates is not conducive to getting things done in a way that most customers are accustomed to. Without consistent communication or setting up times for service, it was neay impossible to accomplish working with him. I wish the best of luck, but the experience was not organized or professional.

The technician that came out thoroughly investigated the problem and determine it could be two things. One was cheaper and one more expensive. He said let's try the cheaper path first. Theirs was competitive, and most importantly they were able to come the next day to do the work. I had several GFCI's installed (in front of the house and in the kitchen), as well as running permanent wiring for an electric garage door opener, and rectifying an improper electrical installation (by previous owner) of the washer/dryer. I also asked my wife to find out how much adding an outlet to the back deck would cost, as this wasn't on the original estimate (I hadn't noticed there wasn't an outlet out there until the day we moved in). Not only did they arrive on time, and do all the quoted work quickly and efficiently, but when my wife asked them about the extra outlet, they said that since it was our first home, and they were already running wires near that area (for the washer/dryer) they'd throw it in for free! I can't recommend them enough. As a new homeowner I consider finding a trustworthy contractor a rare thing. So I actually asked them for references for other contractors when the HVAC contractor didn't show up , and they were able to give me a great referral that showed up same-day and completed the work for half what the no-show contractor had quoted us.

Also, the inspector made me correct a lot of the work that was done before putting a sticker on the panel.
