The issue lies with my experience with the HOA, particularly Mr. Martinez. The HOA accused one of my guests of something he did not do, without proof, and no longer allowed him on the property. Before speaking with me, they chose to watch him and take photos of him coming to my apartment. When I spoke with the HOA on the phone this gentleman completely disregarded what I said and told me he didn't believe me and that I was lying to him, as well as insulting the character of my friend and I. Additionally, I was threatened with legal action without any proof, or possibility of this individual doing what was said about him. As much as I loved my apartment, I felt targeted for my young age and unwelcome on the grounds. I wish I had saved the stress and money and found a property that welcomed young renters.

He stated that he would be happy to assist me if I would email him the forms. He would complete those forms and submit them for me. The deadline for filing those forms was June 25, 2021. He has told me that the forms were submitted. I have called the fund administrator to see if the forms had been filed. They have no record of the forms. It is now too late to submit the forms UNLESS I can provide them with a copy of the forms that were submitted, how they were submitted or that the forms were submitted no later than June 25, 2021 with a postmark of that same date (if the forms were sent via USPS). I have called/texted/emailed Progressive Financial Concepts for the last four months to try and get an answer as to if these forms were filed, how they were submitted, any documentation they have that proved these documents were submitted, etc. and I have not had a response to any of my communications. I would like Brian West or Kory Budinger to call me and let me know if the forms were submitted and provide proof that they were submitted. I cannot go forward without proof/documentation that these forms were actually submitted. We have been clients for many years with Progressive Financial Concepts (until recently). I find their lack of respect for their clients needs and/or concerns to be inadequate. When I call the main office number the receptionist tells me, "he just went to the parking lot, he is in a meeting or he just got on the phone". I leave a message with her to have them call me back and I am still waiting on a response. If I send an email, I was told it went to their spam folder and he didn't see it or If I text, I get no response at all. I would like a phone call to get the answers I am asking for. I don't think that is too much to ask as they were our Financial Advisor's for years'.

The man gave some advice on things we could include in our home and I thought it was a positive exchange. I asked for some info via text that morning and it took him until 6pm that night to get back to me. When I called he never answered. Later the next week I asked if he was available on a Sunday to meet back at the house to speak with my husband. Texted at noon, hadn't heard from him by 9pm that night, so I texted again and tried to call with no response. Next morning he texted back "Hi not available Sunday" but there were no suggestions for other times. So I called the company and told the receptionist what I needed and she said she would have someone get back to me. Two days later and nothing so I called again, left the same info with a male receptionist and he promised to get someone to call me back. Never heard from anyone. If they can't even return a phone call, I don't have confidence they can manage my VRBO. And if this isn't enough to make you stay away from this company, our friends who have signed on with vacayaz have now told us when the power went out in their home, the renters called them directly because the management company wasn't responding. Stay away.
