Now I understand why everyone raves about this place! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how clean everything was and how friendly and helpful the staff were. I ordered the BBQ sandwich plate, and it was incredible -- full of flavor, perfectly cooked, and topped with a sauce that isn't your typical overly sweet BBQ. Instead, it's a savory North Carolina-style sauce that adds the perfect tang and depth to the meat. The menu is huge and even includes bologna sandwiches, which took me straight back to my childhood.
