I watched 5 young kids ponder about orders, they were weighing the ice cream, then adding or taking some away, reweighing, and then talking to each other about how the soft serve was too much ice cream and the server will most likely get in trouble for serving that much. Who runs this place? Seems excessive to have that tight of a grip in things and to hold up customers ice cream orders to the point at which they are served they are half melted!!
