Geoff's services were the best part of my home renovation…read more I needed to fully renovate my childhood home and add a small addition to accommodate our needs. I didn't want to be wasteful and had a specific budget. We also had zoning challenges. Geoff was so creative with our layout and maximized the usability of our small house. He also provided us with an alternative if zoning didn't get approved. The alternative still included everything the expanded version had, so we were covered either way. When it came to zoning, he managed everything for me and had a great relationship with the town. We got everything approved and the committee thought our ideas were great. Then when it came to construction, I was so glad I had Geoff on my side. The builders thought he was super thorough. I appreciated Geoff's advice on what absolutely needed to get done and what didn't, and approximate costs, etc. I felt like he was an advocate for me, and I was so appreciative of his guidance and help throughout the whole project. He's very generous with advice and his time. We absolutely love our home. We are so grateful for our experience with Geoff and highly recommend him!

She creatively used every inch of space and was able to maximize storage for us. The ideas she thought of, we would have never thought of and I am so thankful for. Her attention to detail during all steps of the process is so appreciated. The best part is, all the work and designs have paid off in multiples. We recently put our place on the market and received 10+ offers within 5 days at ask and above. Everyone loved all the built ins (entertainment center, mudroom area, built in benches, desk are, storage column) all which were her ideas and vision. I cried happy tears! Francis and his team created a fantastic design that greatly improved the use of the space. After much discussion with us about our priorities, his plan moved the basement stairs to provide more counter-space and designed a cut-through so the kitchen flowed into the dining room and rest of the house. Francis worked with our contractor and our cabinet designer to make the process a smooth one.
