Grandpa and Grandma were both in good hands there. The funeral home is family owned, and all the staff there were very caring. They are all very responsive to all of our needs, even after the services has ended. The funeral home facilities are modern and quite comfortable for family members, and easily accessible with everything being on one floor. I would have no reservations at all about recommending Leonard to others. The funeral home is the only one in the area that has a crematory on site, so for those of us who desire that option when our time comes having a funeral home that can take care of cremation on site and not having to send remains to a third party is a big plus.

Have been to funerals here and it has always been a nice (as it can be in these situations) My father recently passed away and we started working with another funeral home in which we had a poor experience. We called Leonard and they were able to meet with us the right away, took care of everything as far as transporting, and walked us through everything at our own pace. They gave us all the time we needed while setting up all the arrangements. Nice space for the family to bring food, kids to hang out, and allow family a break when needed. Allowed us to bring what ever we wanted as far as pictures, keep sakes, fishing poles, had a tv to play a picture slide show. Allowed us to have our private time but was available if needed during the viewing. They gave us all the time we needed, was very respectful of our family member and of everyone grieving, communicated well, and took care of everything. Even offered to drop off the flowers after everything was done. Made us feel like family. I hope I don't have to use their services for a long time again, but will definitely work with them when the time comes.

Jason does this in an excellent manner. By limiting his services to cremation he is able to provide the complete assistance needed while making the services as affordable as possible. If you have decided on cremation you will not find a better place to call. He does an excellent job with this. If you review his website he is clear what he provides and what it costs. I do not know of another funeral director in the region who is this forthright and transparent. He has things structured so you get what you need without inflating the charges with things not essential. We are extremely pleased at how painless he made taking care of things. He discussed with us what had to happen and who was responsible. He did most of the things needed for us. We got thru the process in a matter of days without feeling pushed but feeling cared for in a way that made the process very simple and comforting. We highly recommend him and know you will not be disappointed by his assistance. I am quite disgusted with this place. More than 10 yrs ago they took down a box from my parents…read moremausoleum, shattered the angel that was in it and damaged a wooden box that we had specially made. 10 Yrs ago we put up a plaque that has NOT been an issue until this year when it was taken down and supposedly thrown out. I say supposedly because I saw the things they kept that they had taken down and some of it was down right pathetic but they threw out things that were in perfect condition? That doesn't pass the smell test. NO DAMAGE to the mausoleum front from a plaque that had been in place for 10 yrs. It was put up with 3M Command strips which use the same adhesive as the 3 M Command hooks their sign says are allowed. Maybe they need to know what they are doing before destroying property that belongs to other people. Meanwhile, I can't believe deplorable condition of my grandfather's headstone. It has fallen over to the point that the top of the headstone is now sinking into the ground. Perhaps their "perpetual" care should be directed towards the things that need attention and leave other thigs alone. It has been over a year since I first asked to have the head stone put right but it still hasn't been done. I was told it will happen because there is now a work order for it.
