Since discovering Pigozzo just a week ago, we've already been back 3-times. It's just that good! They have about 6 wines on draught at all times, €3 per glass. The Malbec and Cabernet I've tried are good, served chilled, but the hands down winner is the Lambrusco. Normally, I'd avoid Lambrusco, thinking it would be too sweet, but theirs is just slightly sweet and fizzy. I love anything with bubbles, so this one is a big win! In case the ridiculously inexpensive (and delicious) wine on tap wasn't enough, they also have a huge deli counter with tons of prepared foods. When you order a glass of wine, they'll ask if you want a little bit to eat, too. If you say yes (for the love, say yes), they bring you an incredible assortment of warm cicchetti, Italian tapas, from behind the case. We've been presented with paella, various meatballs, arancini, calamari, strawberries with sweet cream, and more. Every single thing they've brought us has always been so good. You can also get their prepared foods to go and make a meal of it at home. Plus, their shelves are stocked with Italian necessities such as pasta, bottles of wine, jarred sauces and vegetables, olive oil, etc.
