The grounds are very beautiful with views in every direction. While I didn't complete a long hike, I did take multiple shorter walks into the trials and enjoyed the exercise and beautiful nature. The food provided is healthy and delicious. I highly recommend attending a retreat if you're interested. Pro tip: bring a pair of slip on shoes, the Meditation and residence halls require you to remove your shoes. You'll do this often each day.

I mean, they say in their mission statement they're grounded in Buddha's teachings. I'm sorry, I still don't see it in action. I suppose I have to admit that this exclusiveness approach is serving some people in the community, and so I up my stars to two, but my heart knows this is anything but Buddha like. I don't wish to be negative, but I do feel, especially in times like these, that it's important to be honest and authentic. Small "elitisms" (if you will), are part of a larger dynamic. Its time we started looking at little closer at the reasons behind our choices. Thanks for reading. May all beings know peace.

The facilitators, Nira and Elizabeth were both so soothing and comforting with their voices and instruction. They gave informative and entertaining anecdotes, riveting and practical lectures and lessons along with hatha yoga and different forms of breathing. The nature walks were amazing too and this center is situated in a stunning location with nature and views all around to see. The food is incredibly delicious. Like a fellow retreat goer had mentioned, I could certainly come back for the food alone and the overall experience was life changing. I feel even more serenity and at peace than I did when I first arrived at the center and I am continuing to feel the deep effects of silence, stillness and being in deep thought. This experience has truly allowed me to notice every small, subtle detail in the environment around me and I feel life has become more vivid and vibrant than before. Overall, the experience felt like a warm bowl of soup; deeply comforting for the soul and subconscious.

Losing that version of…read moremyself has been one of the harder, quieter griefs of pregnancy, something I didn't expect to carry. The owner understood that immediately. She didn't just encourage me to keep showing up -- she met me exactly where I was, without making me feel like I needed to be okay with where I was. That's a rare gift. What sets this class apart is how genuinely individualized the instruction is. Every woman in that room had her own set of challenges, and every single one of us was seen and addressed specifically -- given real feedback, targeted exercises, actual solutions. Not generic modifications. Not a one-size-fits-all approach. Real care. The community is something special too. Being surrounded by other pregnant women who get it -- some who've been through it before, who related to my birth story, who showed up week after week -- that sense of being held in a room full of people who understand is worth more than I can put into words. This is 100% worth every penny. If you're pregnant and wondering whether to go -- go. Your body and your heart will thank you. I almost talked myself out of joining -- I already have a big gym membership and honestly wondered how much I could realistically do right now. I'm 6 months pregnant with a 10-month-old at home, and my body has been a whole situation: vein/nerve pain in my knee, hip pain, rib pain, shoulder and deltoid tension from breastfeeding. I was exhausted before I walked in the door. But Ashley's prenatal yoga class changed something for me, and I feel so much better!!!! I an learning a LOT. They have 4 locations and tons of workshops too. I took a class the other day where we literally just laid there and meditated and relaxed with our legs up and I had no idea how much I needed that.

I came away feeling wonderful, body, mind, and spirit. I had a couple of poor experiences at 2 other Yoga facilities (one no longer in business in SR) and another at my gym and was looking for some private guidance. Best yoga experience EVER!

Because of her background with both yoga and massage, I feel she has a wonderful sense of how the body works physically as well as energetically. I'm able to communicate to her what I need and she listens and responds via what is offered in the massage. She is caring, present, and grounded which is so helpful. I feel my health has improved in many ways since seeing her regularly. I've also tried yoga a handful of times in a class setting, but again couldn't commit. Enter Dana. Working with her for the past month has been revelatory. Her gentle, expert yoga guidance has helped me begin to feel the embodiment that I'm confident leads to long-term healing. The benefits of 1:1 instruction are huge. Dana provides detailed feedback on the poses and has an wide base of knowledge that focuses on yoga, but also brings in elements of Pilates, PT, etc. I see Dana weekly for yoga instruction followed by massage. That combo is perfect. We work hard on the mat which makes the massage that much more healing and enjoyable. Both practices feel like they're contributing to my healing and a growing sense of groundedness and calm. Please go see Dana if you're struggling with pain, or are intimidated by big yoga classes. I feel so grateful to be learning this practice from her. She sees clients for massage and/or yoga, but I recommend you do them together if you can swing it. Thank you Dana!

In my fourth year my back hurt so bad I would take ibuprofen after work, tylenol p m to go to sleep, and Aleve if my bag hurt during the day. I took five classes in a row and and by the fifth class I was sold. Kathryn and the team are amazing, kind , inspiring, and supportive! 5 's I'll definitely keep coming back!

Unfortunately, it closed so I had to look elsewhere. Pro's: it's fairly close by, the heating and humidifying system is great, and the staff are very nice and seem to have their act together. It seems pretty clean, (but the locker room is meh). I like being able to purchase a 10-class pass that is good for a whole year. Con's: some of the classes are insanely jam packed. As in, other people's mats are a few inches from you in all directions. I understand they are trying to max out the capacity, but I will now only go to classes in the early morning because the other classes are so crowded. The other problem is parking. Many of the spaces are reserved for the other businesses in the strip mall and I'm afraid of getting towed. Moral of the story: show up EARLY for class in the afternoons, evenings and weekends to get a spot for your car and your mat! I will probably continue to practice here but I would not buy a monthly membership given the con's mentioned above.
