Window unit was custom order that he sent in right away. .Friday AM back with correct replacement and in less than a hour later window pane installation was done. He cleaned up all broken glass and debris. Before he left, asked if I could see anything wrong with install and if any debris was missed. I stopped by the shop later in day to pay bill, Ginny the shop owner was gracious and told me I did not have to rush in to pay, but I had errands to run near the shop. I appreciate this kind of service.
