She ignored our calls for three days (frustrating as we were trying to plan this showing, amongst others, as we were only in town for a single day). Prior to her returning our call, she deferred our family to another rookie realtor at her company, as she was "too busy" to take our call or arrange a showing. The alternative realtor at her company also neglected our calls and communications after the initial contact (she was supposed to contact us later in the afternoon with more detailed information on the property as well as a time for the arranged showing)... We never heard back on either account. We were forced to find another realtor to show us the property. When Toni did return our call (three days later) she was rude and argumentative. I would never recommend using her or her company for any real estate needs.
