That was the good. there isn't really a lot of bad, but it's just the overall attitude of the shop. When I arrived, I was greeted and explained why I was here and that I had an appointment. Had all my documents, but just felt really dismissed. Sat down in the waiting area. They serviced my vehicle and summoned me over to the check out area.
