She is not above intimidating her patients, telling them repeatedly that she is "very angry" with them, and generally bullying them by speaking over them, louder and louder, until the poor patient capitulates, is her modus operendi. I would run the other way if offered an appointment with this psychiatrist. I began to dread days when I had an appointment with her. I came to believe that if she were the last therapist of any stripe in the universe, that I'd be better off talking to a soup can. In fact, my mood brightened as soon as I saw the last of her.

She's argumentative, cuts you off and doesn't really seem like she wants to be there and just generally comes across as incendiary and annoying. She's not helpful, she forgets everything you've told her from the previous session and is just overall unlikeable, borderline mean.

These days my mother only goes for B12 injections and sadly we have not had a good experience. Each time we go, we are informed that the nurse only has 1 or 2 or x patients ahead of her. We wait for an hour, and get the ''same exact number of patients ahead of her response. We end up leaving. Yesterday when my mother went up to reception to ask about status after waiting an hour she was told to sit down. Very disrespectful. A B12 injection takes a minute. The doctors at the clinic are great. The admin and front line staff are not. For these reasons I give the clinic a poor review.

I stood in an outside line from 7:30-8:30 and although I was fourth in line, I was shown into a room at 8:30 and seen right away with Dr. G. A nurse came an hour later. ( I waited in my car and the receptionist called me right away when the nurse was there.) She flushed out my ear, no problem, and was very nice and professional. I would go there again.
