The delivery service hasn't arrived on 26th of November. We called Customer Service and they apologised and offered to deliver on Saturday (27th of November from 8:00 - 12:00). It hasn't arrived either. Approximately at 12 I called IKEA Customer Service and they told me that my order will arrive by 3pm. At 3pm nobody answered. Then, on Monday I called again. They apologised and said that there was some problem with my order and arranged a new delivery date - Wednesday from 14:00 to 18:00 (December 1st). Surprise: they haven't arrived again!!!! I called again on Wednesday at 18:00 and they apologised for problems with my order again and arranged a new delivery date: Friday from 10:00 - 14:00 (December 3rd). Guess what? Nobody arrived again! I called again. They said there was a problem again and they promised that they will deliver on Friday from 18:00 - 22:00 (December 3rd). And they haven't delivered again!!! Every time Ikea arranged a new delivery date and time, they asked me to be at home so my routine completely fucked up and I even missed some classes because I had to stay home and wait for Ikea!!! I cannot wait every day for the delivery for 4 - 8 hours!!! This is an awful service. On Friday I waited for 8 hours (two different delivery times that Ikea arranged) and couldn't even go out to do groceries or shower because I thought that IKEA could arrive any moment and I didn't want to miss it. Here are all delivery dates and times when IKEA should have arrived but they didn't: 1. Friday 26th of November 18:00 - 22:00 2. Saturday 27th of November 8:00 - 12:00. When at 12:00 they postponed the delivery until 15:00 3. Wednesday 1st of December 14:00 - 18:00 4. Friday 3st of December 10:00 - 14:00 5. Friday 3st of December 18:00 - 22:00 At any of the mentioned above delivery times Ikea neither arrived nor called me to inform that they cannot deliver my order. I'm not the person who leaves negative reviews but this is not the way you can treat customers when you ask them to be at home multiple times and then just don't arrive. I had 7 calls with different representatives but nothing was resolved. So now I request the full reimbursement for all mental damage and emotional stress I went through while dealing with your awful service. And I request to deliver my furniture as soon as possible! I will leave negative reviews on multiple media because this is not okay to treat customers this way!

    This Ikea is just like any other, with the same inventory, the same layout, the same hot dogs and…read moresoft drinks at the checkout counter, with one major difference. This Ikea is quiet. Imagine shopping at an Ikea store where there is almost no noise, where the other shoppers are polite, where the crowds are thin. Wow. I never knew that going through one of these stores could actually be pleasant! If you are in the area and suddenly require some flat-pack furniture, it's worth driving out of your way to get to this Ikea location. Practical tidbit: Ikea stores in Germany accept only cash and EC cards. At this one in Austria you can pay with regular, magnetic strip type cards. I used a debit card - no problem.
