Unfortunately a dishonest business. They had an online store up and never shipped the product. No responses either. Working with PayPal to dispute the charge. If you purchased anything from them recently and never received a shipping confirmation, you should start your dispute process with PayPal. Google still has some of their shop items cached but they all return page not found now. read more

Eddye is the very best - absolutely an artist! She is my go-to since forever, and Paul as well! They are always on top of new trends and products and take the time to make sure I can make "the look" happen on my own. Other family members go to HOF as well, including some who are extremely particular! My husband won't go anywhere else, and when my sister tried another salon she had to come back to HOF for color correction. I have recommended HOF to many people and will continue to do so - they are terrific! read more

I used to come here all the time but unintentionally switched to another salon out of convenience. Due to a covid scare at the salon I frequent, I decided to come back for a quick trim before vacation. Not only did the stylist burn my hair repeatedly with the blow-dryer, but he blew out my hair so unevenly that when I went home and straightened it, it was revealed that a large chunk of my hair wasn't cut. It's lopsided and choppy. I've never cried after a haircut before but this one really upset me. read more

DO NOT get your hair cut by Alissa! She's literally the worst! She messed up my hair so bad. She chopped of my bangs when I told her not to. She left alot of hair in some spots so I went back to get it fixed. When she came back she smelled like a cigarette. She did things I told her not to. The back if my head is literally a slant. It isn't even straight. read more

If i could give zero stars i would. My sister took my 5 year old nephew here to get his hair TRIMMED. Mary ann decided to cut ALL of his hair off and give him the worst hair cut i have ever seen. It looks similar to the haircut my sister gave herself at 7 years old. This place is awful. When my sister called they said "we have a no refund policy". Cool. Glad you guys are a bunch of scum bags that ruined my nephews hair. I wouldn't send my worst enemy here. Check out lighten up in budd lake. They are always great! read more

This place aint bad at all. I brought my daughter here last minute for a haircut without an appointment. Staff is welcoming, as soon we checked in the receptioniist offered us complimentary drinks and coffee, nice. They were willing to let me stay by my daughter's side while she was getting her haircut, I know of some places that wont allow that. Place seems to be neat and clean, no complaints there. This place seems less busy and less expensive than the other place close by, $38 for haircut and hair wash. I don't know what to look for to find mistakes in a haircut but my daughter's cut looks good to me and my daughter said she was satisfied. I would recommend this place based on my experience here today. read more

I've been going to Paul for many years. Everyone in the salon is excellent. Friendly and accommodating. The salon itself is beautiful. It's a family friendly atmosphere as well. It's the place to go for really edgy cuts too. I won't go anywhere else. They're following safe pandemic practice guidelines as well. And the place is immaculately clean. read more

When making a decision on a Salon, obvi, point 1 is if they are good at what they do. Point 2, is it a positive atmosphere? If i am going to spend half a day somewhere, it needs to be fun and pleasant and i gotta leave looking better than I originally looked. HOF exceeds on both points. You can tell the staff has been together for a while and they really like each other which is cool AF. Tho this is in west Jersey, it feels like a spot in LES or the village, just much spacier which is refreshing for someone used to cramped up spaces with no privacy in the city. Yes I look funny in my smock but at least I don't have the whole Broadway rush hour people looking in. I went for a color that most stylist didn't want to do as it took many steps and (almost 4 hours) but after 20 years of coloring my hair, I finally got the exact color I dreamed of. I love Nicole Calabrese so very much. I've been going to her for years and I trust no one else with my hair!! She's careful to know what I like and takes the time to suggest and do what will be best for my hair type and style. She's helped me with ideas for what color/cut to get so often that I could go to her and tell her to do whatever she wanted and I would be able to rest knowing I'd love it. She's got some serious talent and so skilled in her trade. I love her heart and her personality and I tell everyone I know where I go for my hair if they're looking for someone wonderful. A hidden gem! My quest to find a great salon is finally over. HOF's ambience is wonderful. The salon was tastefully decorated for the holidays.The staff is inviting, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Carly was my stylist. She's very good! Everyone here is down to earth, which seems to be a rarity in salons today. It was a breath of fresh air! There are an abundance of hair products available for purchase. I have been a loyal customer of HOF The Salon for over 3 years. The salon is immaculate and the staff is personable and always professional. Nicole Calabrese is a true star. I love this salon, especially Paul. I had a ruptured brain aneurysm and had to undergo several brain surgeries. As my hair started to grow back I looked like a mess! My friend suggested I go to see Paul and let him work his magic! I'm so happy I did! He is not only an artist and truly loves his work, but he's a wonderful man who always makes sure he gets me in for an appointment, even if it the last minute. Very happy with my cut and color! My stylist, MaryAyn knows exactly what I want even when I don't. The cut grows in wonderfully and the color doesn't fade. Besides the great service, it's a beautiful atmosphere. The salon is decorated with form, function and funk. Carley really listens and gives her clients what they ask for. She also noticed my scalp was dry and she exfoliated it with a sugar scrub before she shampooed it.
