The tech that helped me pick out glasses was great too. The only reason I gave it four stars is because they did not have a good selection of glasses. When you call to contest a charge, the office directs you to a third-party billing service that can't even help you. I've been to two other eye doctors in Muncie with the same insurance and never had to pay more than $15 for the same exams and tests. Also, they have patients wait in a narrow hallway, next to each other, and don't require masks, which is exceptionally unprofessional and unhealthy for a medical office. The whole experience has been very disappointing and I will not go back.

I was told they were not needed. A few days later I get a call saying they need the frames! I live 25 miles away and am working when they're open. Needless to say, I had to take time off of work. Took time off for the appointment, now to bring frames and soon to pick up frames. It cost me a lot of money. They finally apologized after I made mention that they couldn't even apologize. If it was a mistake, then say you made a mistake! Don't keep making excuses and making me pay for it.

My favorite part was the eye scan. Pretty interesting to see the inside of your eye and Dr. Warthman was very informative regarding what exactly we were looking at and looking for (defects/abnormalities in the eye). Costs are pretty normal EXCEPT he offers a really decent selection of plastic frames for $49. This I have never experienced before and I thought was really cool. Of course, some look cheaper than others but some are also pretty sophisticated for only $49. He also has a vast designer selection and offers Safety and Sun glasses, too. Pretty sure I will be sticking with this place!
