This is the ONLY dentist she had ever been to. So we had been going here since she was 5 6 years old, she just turned 10... So over 5 years span 2 "missed" appointments. With that I was told if she needed to be seen I could call and if they have a cancellation That Day they would allow her to be seen...? Oh and after my inquiry of this and speaking to Mr Bozic, as my daughter and I walked out the staff laughed. We had great experiences with this dentistry outside of this situation. I sat in my car crying after this whole ordeal and yet here I am in need of her being seen and I simply want to know, am I to call daily once y'all open back up?

We mainly went to Dr. Krueger since he is the ONLY dentist in our area that accepts our Delta Dental insurance plan at Purdue. He recommended a very costly procedure of multiple crowns for a FOUR YEAR OLD child. He also diagnosed her with acid reflux. My wife then went to our pediatrician (yet another expense) about the acid reflux, and our pediatrician found no evidence of acid reflux. Dr. Krueger was aggressive, unprofessional, and even insulting about my daughter's inability to properly pronounce 'R.' Today, my wife went to our regular dentist, Dr. Hodge, who does not accept Delta Dental. He essentially assessed Delta Dental as a racket which encourages dentists to "up-sell" services that aren't actually required. He has advised only partial fillings. His services would cost about HALF (without insurance) what Krueger was going to charge WITH insurance. We have also contacted Delta Dental directly and they were rude, abrupt, and unhelpful. Save yourself the trouble and seek other sources. If you have the "cheap" plan through Purdue, I would at least check out Dr. Ditto, who is on that economy Delta Dental plan. Purdue needs to drop Delta Dental as a provider, as far as I'm concerned. You're better off not having insurance at all and using your HSA spending account.

The place was very clean and comfortable. Any question I had about the extractions were answered by his assistant before he came into the room. She was very nice and helpful. The room was relaxing and had a great view of a pond with geese in it. Dr. Hendrikson was to the point and did his job very well. He was quick and very professional. He was willing to answer any of my questions without any impatience on his part. His delivery of pain injections was excellent. He first numbs the area to be injected. Which I know is standard. But he was also willing to give me some gas to take the edge off even more. He always told me in advance what to expect during the procedure. This morning I feel great. Minimal soreness (despite stitches for both teeth), nothing the pain meds he prescribed or Motrin/Tylenol can't handle. I have no concerns about my mouth healing up. Also, a very friendly member of his staff called me this morning just to see how things are going. Told me to call if I have any needs. I highly recommend Dr. Bagnoli.

And while a few were good, I admittedly got a little worried. Well frankly, I don't know what anyone who posted a negative review was complaining about, as the team there ended up doing a fantastic job; everybody was incredibly friendly, patient and informative. They answered all of my questions thoroughly and were super polite during the entire experience, from start to finish. I have not one single complaint about Dr. Coates and his team. They're exceptional and I would recommend them to anyone.

They work with new dental assistants, but have had the same employees for years. Have had issues over the years. Once we called Dr Guido at about 6:00 AM because of an issue that arose. It was the only time we could contact them to tell them we weren't going to be able to make our appointment that day. He was very nice about us waking him up early. The Corona virus, he contacted us on a Saturday evening to touch base in person about our up coming appointments. Can't say enough THANKS for the way they have worked with us over the years. You are a person with real life situations not just a number. Even though they are not a children's dental office, they work well with the little ones too.
