They work with new dental assistants, but have had the same employees for years. Have had issues over the years. Once we called Dr Guido at about 6:00 AM because of an issue that arose. It was the only time we could contact them to tell them we weren't going to be able to make our appointment that day. He was very nice about us waking him up early. The Corona virus, he contacted us on a Saturday evening to touch base in person about our up coming appointments. Can't say enough THANKS for the way they have worked with us over the years. The office was not covered under my Delta Dental Insurance so 100% of the cost was coming out of my pocket. My husband and I are seniors with many health problems and simply could not afford the high cost. On my last office visit, I paid the office $2000 for the future work to be done. When I found out my insurance was not going to cover any of the costs, as first told to me by the office, I requested a detailed invoice for any current charges and a refund for the money that was left. Two months later, I have yet to see either one. The staff continues to give me the run around, "we have to talk to the doctor ", "its been mailed", and so forth. I can't get my $2000 back and in these days of very high living costs, it HURTS! My husband and I need our $$$$ back!
