And the sales rep for the HVAC tried to convince me to buy the whole HVAC system incliding the outside unit for the AC even though the part that was needed was a new HV unit that included the blower motor for the AC. There was nothing wrong with the AC side of the unit. The HVAC company we finally went with said that Blue Fox pays their employees with a commission of sales and that is why they try to sell the entire package. The 5 star rating for Blue Fox is based on only one review hopefully this review will bring that 5 star rating down.

CJS/Basset has been providing it's technicians with much less than 40 hrs per week, and when Tyler put in his 2 week notice due to needing a job that will allow him to provide for his family, ERIK decided it would be appropriate to retaliate by taking his 2 week notice as time served, leaving Tyler without a job for the next 2 weeks knowing that he has a 5 year old & 3 month old to care for. I would not recommend this company to anyone as an employee nor a customer. they have absolutely no values.

They sent someone out to assess the issue and determined the tank was bad. Big plus that they were able to replace it the same day. Huge relief. The two techs that were onsite we courteous, knowledgeable and professional. In addition to the water heater they also redid the pipes and exhaust stack which was a big improvement over what the original builders did. Each tech will cost you to give you an estimate on what needs done. None of them can tell you anything about any work other than their specialty. Oh, and buy this MONTHLY subscription and the work is cheaper. The only reason they get two stars instead of one, is that the techs, while very high pressure, are professional in their appearance and work. However, all three of them told me that they were doing work on the side and gave me a number to call if I wanted them specifically to do the job. Plumber installed the well pump and pressure tank. Then had to call an electrician to replace the receptacle. Electrician quoted $3500 for an electric job that would take at least two to three days to finish. Got the same work done by an independent for $50 in 2 hours. Got someone else to do the HVAC work as well. Can not recommend Summers.

5 STARS! Our dog destroyed our furnace's air return duct…read moreboard, ripping it out of the ceiling. We called King's and we're told they would get us on the list. Brian and another technician came out pretty quick, and after their initial shock at the extent of damage (they thought, they were coming to do a patch job) they fabricated a new air return duct out of sheet metal and installed it. Our house is only 3 years old, but there is a stark difference in the work quality between the company that installed the furnace in the new home and King's. I have used King's for all my heating and plumbing needs for over 40 years. I am retired military and have been all over the country and experienced many good and bad heating and plumbing companies. King's is by far the best I have ever dealt with. I'm deeply suspicious anytime I see them rated under 5 stars. 5 STARS!
