Friendly people and great food but…read more... I have gotten the lunch special (calzone+salad) a few times at the $10.99 price then the price went to $12. That's fine, It's still a bargain. I always get pepperoni, mushrooms and Jalapeños on it and this time I'm now only allowed one topping on it... so that changed too!? Just a tad frustrated but would still recommend.

All I could say was "Wow"! GREAT customer service has truly become a lost art! In an already declining economy, you would want to ensure every interaction with a customer is TOP TIER!!!!! The history is rich and the details are beautiful. For NYE, they did a four-course prefix dinner. Everything was delicious. They served complimentary bubbly rosé and each course was cooked to perfection. Our server, Dao, was fantastic. The restaurant is located in the Monmouth Inn which is on a gorgeous property. I would highly suggest taking a stroll around after dinner to take it all in. The restaurant is upscale, but you would feel comfortable wearing business casual attire. DaVu was the manager who was incredibly kind and the service was on par with restaurants in larger cities, but in a small town. The food was top notch. Everything was amazing. I'm a southerner and can confidently say that the fried green tomatoes were some of the best I've ever had. The moulard duck breast was also the highlight of the entrees. We had several desserts which were all good, but the white chocolate bread pudding was the clear winner. Also, make sure to get a mint julep to complete your southern experience.
