Recently stopped in, on a whim, while driving through the area. Used to stop at this one, years…read moreago, and it was wonderful. Just as clean, warm, and inviting as I remember. Maybe more so. I had been in the area to visit a friend, and had some time to kill. So I went in and walked around. Bought some shirts they had where the profits went to no-kill shelters for dogs, got a couple cups, some clearance rack ornaments from previous Christmases, a couple Tervis travel mugs, some cards, and a pretty glass window decoration. The shop is so well laid out and well lit, plus they were playing some fun music of kids singing Halloween/Thanksgiving stuff on their radio. The ladies working there offered to help me a couple times, despite there being a few other customers and them clearly getting ready for the Oct. ornament event, and they were extremely nice while I was checking out. When I told them my Hallmark card had broken and that I needed to use my phone number, the lady pulled up a number for me to call so I could get a replacement card. They also asked me if I had coupons or any punch cards, and they also asked if I wanted to try any of the samples they had out of the chocolates, teas, etc. that they sell there in the shop. It seemed more like a community goodie-shop rather than just another Hallmark shop- which is a good thing! And when I was leaving, I saw one of the clerks helping a woman with the door, since she was on a walker. The employee also offered to put the items the lady wanted, on the front counter, while the lady shopped so she wouldn't have to try to juggle the walker with a cart/basket/arm load of items. I thought it was very nice to see clerks being that observant and helpful. I will be stopping by Every Time that I visit, in the future.

I decided to check them out when a girl in my bootcamp class had on these screaming pink nikes and she said she had gotten them at Gabes for 30bucks. I was like wow! That's pretty awesome. I even went so far as to ask what size was she. I'm an 11 and it usually hard to get shoes for me, just the way it is. I walked in and was immediately impressed. Everything is relatively organized and very easy to find. Very very fairly priced! I mean down to the dime! Name brands galore I loved it!
