Then, when it became clear that the replacement screen I had ordered for Dan to install was faulty, he again found a cost effective way to replace the screen again for me, even though it wasn't his fault that the screen didn't work. I am so impressed that he fixed this for me, even though the issue happened through no fault of his own. I recommend Mueller Graphic Supply for computer repairs or any other graphic supply needs that you have!

The store is super full though and has excess junk in the back that is visible. Great customer service. Keith really knows his beads and can make whatever you request. We ultimately purchased four bracelets and some earrings that ended up costing $150. I'd say that was pretty pricey honestly. I mean the beads were nice, but not like some expensive/rare stones. I understand part of the charge is labor, but not sure I'd say it's worth that price. Not to mention, one of the bracelets broke after only wearing it once so we need to return to have it repaired-which is inconvenient since we live in Chicago. The second one I used my own frame and bought a Matt from them, and 3rd one I ordered a custom frame, and explained I needed it on 8 days. They assured me it would be ready. They left me a message 5 minutes before closing on the day before I was supposed to pick it up saying it didn't make it on the truck but it was no big deal, they would have it ready for me in another week. (I think it didn't make it on the truck because they forgot to order it. )Obviously, this is so unprofessional it's laughable. I needed the painting framed this weekend and now I'm going to have to find another frame store. I know that sometimes these things happen but I really didn't appreciate that they didn't even have the courtesy to let me know until 7:55pm the night before.
