I am so impressed that he fixed this for me, even though the issue happened through no fault of his own. This craft store has craft supplies a fraction of the price of Michaels, half the cost of the items at JoAnn's, and is the best deal around for most of the items they carry. You can also get bulk supplies at a discount here. I can fid the selection I need, I can by most of what I'm looking for, and it's my one stop shopping for my crafting business for base materials. Feathers, beads, cording, plastic eyes, rhinestone glue....the prices cant' be beat. Oh, and whoever put this up online---it's Marascos Kraft King, not the way it's listed. They close on Sunday at 5pm, not 5:30.

The store is super full though and has excess junk in the back that is visible. Great customer service. Keith really knows his beads and can make whatever you request. We ultimately purchased four bracelets and some earrings that ended up costing $150. I'd say that was pretty pricey honestly. I mean the beads were nice, but not like some expensive/rare stones. I understand part of the charge is labor, but not sure I'd say it's worth that price. Not to mention, one of the bracelets broke after only wearing it once so we need to return to have it repaired-which is inconvenient since we live in Chicago. The second one I used my own frame and bought a Matt from them, and 3rd one I ordered a custom frame, and explained I needed it on 8 days. They assured me it would be ready. They left me a message 5 minutes before closing on the day before I was supposed to pick it up saying it didn't make it on the truck but it was no big deal, they would have it ready for me in another week. (I think it didn't make it on the truck because they forgot to order it. )Obviously, this is so unprofessional it's laughable. As I browsed the store I noticed how everything was in many different styles so you could decorate in a modern look or if you wanted a country look and everything in between. The table selection was big with many different sizes and styles to fit your needs but I noticed a lack of lower sized coffee tables so I kept looking around and I couldn't find a simple coffee table or anything that looked like a coffee table in the table section. This is the second store stop of the day and no selection of coffee tables again. I found it strange that a store with this amount of inventory had no simple coffee table and I left empty handed once again. This is a cool place to stop if you need to decorate a space.
