On a Saturday 10:45 am there should be more than ONE associate checking customers out. This morning there was one associate to check out customers and one on returns/exchanges. This experience makes me want to just order my materials ONLINE to avoid a long line at Hobby Lobby. If enough of your customers feel the same, you will go out of business. Something to conside. Also you lost $180 this morning because i didnt want to wait in a line that was 12 buggy's long. Please consider doing better. read more

Customer service was below average today.asked a customer a question and it like she was too busy to help us. Went to check out and only two registers open, at least 5 customers in each line. The selection and value are good. read more

This location is really big!!! I was just passing by, we were driving from Mexico all the way to our home in Memphis, but when it's my husband's turn to drive I like to crochet, but on our way over there I finished my yarn, so I needed to do an EMERGENCY stop, and I found this Hobby Lobby on the map. Well, I felt like I needed to come back with more space in my car so I could buy everything this store has that the one I visit more often in Memphis doesn't. From before concept to post reality. This place has it all. If you can imagine it...they've got the stuff to create it. Not just for artists...although this is a must visit place for fine art artists....they have every conceivable kind of crafting paraphernalia . If you are short on imagination...just stroll through the store. Truly inspiring...I thought to myself during my last visit, "I want one of everything in this store." Always clean, neatly organized, and the staff is very helpful. Love this store. They constantly rotate 50% off sale prices, particularly in framing department.
