This experience makes me want to just order my materials ONLINE to avoid a long line at Hobby Lobby. If enough of your customers feel the same, you will go out of business. Something to conside. Also you lost $180 this morning because i didnt want to wait in a line that was 12 buggy's long. Please consider doing better.

I searched every aisle of that store, looking for ONE person who could help me. Nothing. And I could not ask the poor guy at the register who was covered up and by himself. I give two stars because the store was neat and clean - sure how, with only one employee running the whole store.

Horrible customer service and nothing but excuses. I ordered a soccer jersey for my son over 3…read moreweeks before his first game and here it is the afternoon before the game and still no jersey. Called the week before and was told, rather rudely, that I was in line with all the other teams that needed uniforms and they'd have it ready sometime the following week. The Thursday before game one our coach goes by and is told the Jersey will be ready Friday afternoon. Get there Friday afternoon at 4:15 ( They close at 5) and now we're told maybe early next week. Can anyone say run-around? Now I have to try and find someone who has an old jersey for my son to wear to his very first game. This is ridiculous and poor service. Beware!
