Amazing work! I had 6 items I needed embroidered and on very short notice. I brought them on Wednesday and they were done on Friday! Super fast turnaround time and very affordable! They brought my ideas to life beautifully! I'm obsessed with everything and will definitely be using them for all my embroidery needs from here on out! read more

Called the week before and was told, rather rudely, that I was in line with all the other teams that needed uniforms and they'd have it ready sometime the following week. Can anyone say run-around? Now I have to try and find someone who has an old jersey for my son to wear to his very first game. This is ridiculous and poor service. Beware!

Huge thank you to The Stitchery for doing such an amazing job on my daughter's graduation embroidery! Everything turned out absolutely beautiful and exceeded our expectations. The detail, quality, and care put into every stitch made her graduation items so special and memorable. They were professional, timely, and easy to work with throughout the whole process. We received so many compliments and could not have been happier with the final result. Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality embroidery work for special occasions! read more

This man is absolutely amazing. He is very attentive to details and does exactly what you asked. I dropped of a diaper bag around 3:30pm and he had it done by 8pm. Not only is he very affordable and has amazing customer service, he also came out and helped me change my tire while I was in route to pick up my item. I highly highly recommend him and will definitely be a return customer!! read more

When my daughter moved and needed furniture I want to Hank's and expected the same good result. Instead the service has been a nightmare. I was talked into a particular table and chairs because the set would be available on April 20. The day before April 20 I got a call saying 2 of the 4 chairs would be delivered and the other 2 a week later. On April 20, no chairs were delivered. Since then I have repeatedly been promised, "The chairs will be here on Thursday, and we will immediately ship them." I even called the corporate office and was told they would contact the store. Two weeks ago I was told two chairs had been shipped on Thursday and would be there on Monday (May 30). Still no chairs. No one ever calls me to say chairs have been delayed. No communication is initiated by Hank's. Today I called Hank's and was told, "The chairs will be in on Thursday and will be shipped." I have never had to put up with service like this from any reputable vendor.
