The knife didn't lock when it was fully opened, it locked while closing halfway. The girl who worked at the front said she researched that knife and that was the way it was supposed to be. So I bought the knife and while driving I decided to call the manufacturer. They told me that the knife lock was broken. So I took it back and the lady told me that all sales were final. I said but t ma'am this knife is broken and it's a safety hazard , and I told her I had just spoken to the manufacturer. I even just agreed to change the knife for another one. She said that she had to get approval from the owner and that he had just left for lunch and I would have to wait at least 30 minutes. I told her that I was in a hurry because we were just driving through town and had to get back on the road. She said her hands were tied and I would have to wait. I told her to please give me my receipt for the knife just in case I cut myself I could prove who was responsible. Then she didn't write a receipt , she asked for the manufacturer phone number and the knife back. I don't know what was said but when she hung up she called someone else, I assumed that it was the owner. Well before I knew it, old flabby neck walked in and had a shitty look on his face. I was on the phone with a customer of mine when he got in front of me and demand that I hang up the phone if I wanted to talk to him. I told him that I was speaking to a customer and not to be so rude. He said well you interrupted my lunch do I'm going to interrupt your phone call. I asked my customer to please let me call him back. Well before I knew it the lady had $50 in her hand and she was walking towards me. He asked her what about the taxes and said to make sure to give me everything or else I have more reasons to bitch about. I told him I wasn't bitching an that he was the one who sold me some fucked up shit. He said not to curse in his store. I said well you cursed in front of me and my kids first. He asked me to get out and never come back, I told him that I didn't want to ever go back again. My son had stayed behind and was looking around and the old buzzard told him to get out to. And he followed us out the door. I really think people should consider going there because I didn't deserve to be treated ed the way I was treated, especially in front of my wife and children. This will be on every review site possible.
