Guns-n-ammo has worked on two guns for me in the past year and did a good job. I also purchased a pistol from them not too long ago. I recently won a Franchi 20 gauge shotgun in a raffle and was going to let my 7 year old son use it for teal season in a few days. When assembling the gun, there was a 1/8" gap where the barrel and forearm seats that I couldn't correct. I asked Guns-n-Ammo if they could take a quick look at it if I brought it up there ( literally asking for two minutes of there time) and they said they were too busy knowing my son would be using it in a couple days. After they found out I didn't buy the gun from them (won in raffle) they weren't interested in helping me out. My son won't be able to hunt this weekend if I can't find someone else to look at it.
