Friendly and knowledgeable staff, always ready to help with a personal selection or answer customer questions. They also carry ammunition, optics, range bags, suppressors, and some really nice knives, too! I made a mistake reading the item upon delivery and sent an email on Saturday evening. I was surprised to receive a phone call from BBA within the hour. I explained the issue was on my end and that everything was okay. I rate this type of after-hours customer service as "exceptional" I look forward to continued business with Black Bayou Armory.

He even explained the different guns on display and gave a run down of each one. This was our first time visiting DavTac and we will definitely be back! We brung our own gun but midway through our session, we decided to rent one of the guns in their inventory. Joey, again was very helpful and when everything was over, explained the difference between the gun we were shooting versus what e rented. After learning he is a veteran, we will definitely be back for sure! He gave us the time we needed and never once rushed us, despite other people being present. Thank you Joey for being the welcoming face of DacTac. We will continue to give you our business and tell others we come across to do the same! John

I've only been here one time, to pick something up, but it seems to be a nice place. They charge, I…read morebelieve it was $40 to have something shipped here. Discount jewelery and loan is $30 so there are cheaper places to ship to but not much. They have an indoor range where you can rent firearms or bring your own to practice. I've always preferred outdoor over indoor though so I didn't actually get to see the range. They also have ammo, accessories, etc for sale. I don't know if they allow full auto or not or to what caliber they allow. I meant to ask but got side tracked looking around. This won't affect most people anyway as they don't have a license for full auto but I do. I usually run the gauntlet on the outdoor range down 49 with the Sheriff's office. The two employees that were there when I went, I assume one of them was the owner, were both friendly and answered any question I had. There are covered picnic benches outside where I'm assuming you could clean your weapons after you're done plinking before you leave. If they're not for that purpose I'm not really sure what they're there for. They have gunsmiths on staff they said, with not too bad of wait times. Just bring your firearm that needs repairing, tell the smith what's wrong with it, and leave it with them. I was told the wait should be less than 2 weeks when I went. So if you're looking for an indoor range the staff are friendly here and it seems like a good place to try out. I forget how much they charge so you'd have to call and ask them for that.
