horrible check out. why can't the person standing there run a check out! Or at least open another check out.

My wife and I have used the picture framing team at this Hobby Lobby dozens of times since they opened at this location. You may have to wait a little longer for the framing to be completed but it is absolutely worth the wait. They offer good advisory on the front end of any project, offer quality craftsmanship on the framing and are very friendly. We have also found the prices to be extremely reasonable and cheaper than area framing shops. We have tried other Hobby Lobby locations for framing and not had the same experience as the store in Fayetteville, NC. We highly recommend the frame shop at this Hobby Lobby. read more

If you can get past the most annoying music that they play overhead then you should be fine. The temp outside is 48 and these people have the damn AC on...? The hell? I dislike this store but my wife loves it. I don't know why. read more

I spend way more time in this store than I should, but will NEVER go back! I put up with the gospel music and all the other "christian" crap because good prices and selection. I live almost an hour away, so can't just dash over. I forgot a bag and when I called this "good christian" store, I was told that even though they have my item they wont credit my card and that they won't hold it for 2 weeks until I can get back to the store. I guess their brand of good Christian values only go as far as having issues with their employee health insurance including birth control. read more

One our favorite Hobby Lobby locations. My wife and kids love it. I'd prefer a home improvement store but don't mind walking around with them. Only negative is often their toys are overpriced and break too easily. read more

Was at this Hobby Lobby tonight around 6:30 PM and while I generally LOVE any craft store this trip was pretty stressful. I listened to two male store managers grouse and complain about another employee that wasn't there. These guys just boldly and loudly went on and on about how, "she" never got anything accomplished, and how annoyed one of them was with her. The stressful gripe session went on for the entire time I was there. Ultimately I abandoned my shopping cart full of goods in an aisle and left the store. Ive been in this store before and if it isn't the managers complaining you deal with annoyed employees stocking shelves and frustrated that the customers are in their way. read more

If I'm not allowed to write negative reviews on a gay establishment, because they advertise they're gay, or because I don't accept their lifestyle, why is it acceptable to write negative views on a Christian organization, that advertises they're Christian? read more

I stopped in here looking for 2 particular items that most craft stores carry....they didn't have it. And is it just me, or has Hobby Lobby gone up on their prices. The restroom was clean and staff was somewhat friendly. I'll stick w/ the one in Fayetteville though. read more

I am not thrilled with my experience here. They run slowly at check out and after waiting in line, I realized that they wrote the wrong total price on my fabric ticket (it was $7 more than I was supposed to pay). It needed a simple math adjustment but the check out girl just huffed that I even brought it up. The manager came up and rather than adjusting the math, she told me to get out of line and wait as she went to the fabric department. The manager didn't even apologize for the mistake. I then stood there waiting and finally got it taken care of. The girl at check out didn't apologize for the problem and started complaining to her co-worker that customers left glitter and fur all over. They have awful customer service. read more

I shop here a couple of times a week and love this store.Staff has always been very helpful & friendly.Always have great sales specials and so much more stock than Michaels.Wished I was there now actually,always happy when I am done shopping there. read more

Go to Michaels. Same exact stuff, better prices/coupons, and nicer staff. Also it's irritating that's it's closed ALL day sunday.

I went in this store and there was a sign right in front of an item I wanted that said thirty percent off. I mean literally sitting on the product. I ask one of the supervisors was it on sale and she looked and said uggggghhhhhh....nope and turned around and I said well the sign said so she never looked back at me she just walked off. Southern Pines Store is horrible the employees need good manner training, and they need to start using bar codes for items because I was overcharged thousands of times!!!!
