Horrific customer service. The frame shop reps are very unprofessional. Go ahead and shop small businesses! read more

Love this place!! I get lost every time! But SO fun to get lost and walk around! They always have fun things to find!

They don't like to answer phone calls, in fact they'll end the call on you, and not answer the first time. Lack of communication, just like their customer service skills. read more

Terrible service, makes me never want to shop at a Hobby Lobby again. Store was very busy. Manager just standing at the front not stepping in to help with all of the products people wanted wrapped. He finally opened a register and when I walked over with my 2 spools of ribbon that would have taken 1 minute to buy and leave, he told me it wasn't open - as he was checking a lady out with her purchase. Then he told me I couldn't get my spot back in line when I asked if that was an option. I had already wasted close to 30 minutes waiting so had to leave without what I needed. It's a Saturday and busy, which I understand, but having a manager who will not help is not acceptable for a store of this size and popularity. read more

I used to be a regular visitor to our local Hobby Lobby. However, the low stock combined with the EXCEPTIONALLY long lines has just worn me out on this store. During one visit, I stopped on my way out and spoke to a person wearing a lanyard and "helping" bag items at a register. I asked why the lines were halfway to the back of the store. She looked up from her phone and said it was a big sale day. I pointed out that it had been like this for weeks. She shrugged and said "we're just a really busy store", and went back to her phone. This, combined with the fact that nearly every item is now made in China, AND Hobby Lobby STILL doesn't do in-store or curbside pick-up, has soured me on shopping there. I now avoid it whenever possible. Go to Michael's. The lines move faster, but even if they didn't, at least there you can avoid them, because THEY have in-store pick-up! read more

Hobby Lobby used to be one of our favorite stores. We realized recently that all but a few items in the store are made in China. While we enjoy great deals as much as anyone, we are not interested in stores that purchase all of their inventory from companies not manufacturing in the USA. I can understand a few things may come from over seas, we simply try to spend our dollars supporting domestic workers and businesses. read more

Customer service at hobby lobby Sept 4 2023 was very bad Customer service. The young girl didn't want to give me 40 % on my items. I was very disappointed with the service. They are respented a large company, so get with it people or your business will decline. WHEN IT SAYS 40% THE GIVE ME 40% 0n My iTems read more

Totally love this store. I have NEVER had trouble getting help there. Maybe these negative reviews are because the pepopel writing them wreak of negativity and nobody wants to be around poeple like that. The helpers always helped and have been there a lot. As for the lady who said she's been there 20x she should know where everything is. Katy Ishee Normandy TN read more

I was there last week and was looking for matting. Another customer and I waited 15 minutes while two staff members discussed a project with a customer. When one of the men finished, he looked straight at me, gave me a look of disgust and totally ignored both the fellow customer and myself before he walked into the back room. I found him unpleasant and arrogant. I still waited on the other staff member who was assisting the same customer. The other person waiting in line had left by now. Instead of him asking someone else to help us, I loudly interrupted and said I just want to be pointed in the direction of matting. He waved his hand at me and said, "over there." How rude! If needing help finding what you need, this store is not the place to shop. read more

I'm disappointed that I have to give this store only 1-star, but I've come here probably 20 times and that's more than enough chances. Now, when I go here (if I absolutely have to), I just expect the worst. The aisles are not labeled with signs that tell you where to find things, making it very difficult to find anything on your own. But, the employees (most, I'm sure not all) always seem angry or annoyed when confronted with any questions on where to find things. I guess I'll find a new place to get my supplies. read more

They email me coupons for 40% off one product a week. I like that. I also like the beads on sale most of the time though they change brands weekly. I also like the fact that if they do not have the item I am looking for they will look at other stores. One of the things I do not like about the store is they do not put their sales into their computer systems and so sometimes it takes longer for the register to ring up items and you always wonder if you really did get the item for the sale price so be sure to check your items. I highly recommend this store not just for the products but also because of the people which were very professional and helpful in locating items for me last week. :) read more

Went to good ole' Hobby Lobby yesterday to purchase some decorations for a party. Being at Americas biggest christian structured store per CEO on down, I was thinking this going to be easy and quick. However, it was a nightmare! To be so christian based on foundation of the company, they have some of the most rudest people I have ever had to deal with in my life!!! They SUCK!!!! I was there over an hour and couldn't get any help from no one and even after getting frustrated and made my purchase very minimal.... I go to the cashier to check out and as I put my items down guess what?!!!! He stated, I gonna close my register and was like bye... OMG!!!! I was like so ticked... So, you may go at your own risk but they will never see me or my money again... Hobby Lobby you need to all go get yourself re dedicated to the christian belief you say your foundation is built off of due to your employees are full of HELL. Im just saying... sadness and sorry if this offends some but the truth is the truth... Amen. Peace and enjoy life. Be happy. HH read more

Kicks Michaels arse in selection. Very helpful crew there as well. Bring on the leather making supplies! Yes!!

Brittany in the framing department acted like she didn't want to let me order a frame, after she came from the back after a minute or two after seeing me. I needed an odd shape (custom) but she tried to get me to buy a frame already built. I asked her to clarify something and she acted annoyed "that's what I'm trying to tell you" she said. Snarky. Very disappointed in her poor, lazy customer service. And her gum chomping. read more

Referred to here from Home Depot for a large scale paint craft project. The staff is so friendly and helpful, I am surprised I wasn't run over in Their haste to not be of service. I did manage to cut one staff member off to ask a question. After his deer in the headlights look had faded he managed to point and say "over there". I certainly hope he never has to give directions to the hospital. After 40 minutes of searching - I am on my way to MIcHaels after a customer in the same aisle as me said that MIcHaels carries the products I'm looking for. Such a sad excuse for the customer service. The store seems to be clean and well stocked for the limited stuff they sell. This place is more for the old lady who wants to create a candle holder or the design challenged who is looking for home decor. I don't recommend. Stick to MIcHaels. At least at MIcHaels the focus is on customer care and not customer avoidance. read more

This store is huge, and I am sure offers much in the way of options for craft supplies. Finding your way through the sea of aisles proves difficult seeing as they refuse to post aisle markers. As mentioned in an earlier review the staff are fairly unhelpful and in a sour mood and heaven forbid you ask to speak to a manager. Expect a nice long wait while they argue on the walkie-talkie about who can come help you. read more
