I am not sure if it's a brand new Hobby lobby, but the surrounding businesses looked fairly new. Hobby lobby always gets me for my crafting and decorating needs. What surprised me about here is how clean & organized it was. There were so many well stocked aisles. To be fair I could not tell you about the service or variety because I literally went in @ last call. HOBBY LOBBY always tend to have decent prices with a discount, can't argue with that. read more

Customer service was excellent went yesterday and very helpful thank you to the workers.

I never write reviews, because you never know that maybe you just walked in at a bad moment in time. I've been a retail store manager for over 30 years, and how I saw your MOD treat the team was horrible. It's the holidays, the store is busy and there's lines. They're calling the MOD to the front and she doesn't show up for awhile but once again I get it, it's a big store things happen, but when Christina I believe that is her name with red hair gets to the front she is so rude to the cashier's. She's mad because they're asking for breaks, asking to suspend transactions, and simply asking for help. The way her voice was raised and that she was demoralizing them, and she kept treating them poorly was so embarrassing for them especially in front of all the people in line. A MOD is supposed to remain calm and be there as support for your teams in the front line and if she has issues take it off the sales floor as they should not be treated like that in front of customers as it is embarrassing for them but also the customer's having to watch it. Tis the Season at Hobby Lobby! read more

They always have great stuff!! It's so simple to toss decorations together when everything you need is in one spot.

Love this place. Great deals great people. Service great. Lots of bargains and things to buy. Huge selection.

This store is like Michael's x 100. It's as big as a Warehouse without the warehouse feel. The place is super clean, organized and has tons of sales that are on average 50% off. I could've spent hours in there. read more

Hobby Lobby - Store #740 Christina LB. Than u - Arts & Crafts Near Me - Los Banos, California

The manager is extremely rude here when you ask a question he snaps at you and walks away. I come from out of town to shop at this store and l will never waste my time nor gas going to this store. read more

My complaint with Hobby Lobby isn't the inventory, because anyone who has ever been here knows they have EVERYTHING you need My complaint isn't the pricing, because we all know they are expensive but have good sales. My complaint is with the Staff, especially the Assistant Manger. She is so rude!!!! What ever happened to service with a smile? Smile? How about a mere acknowledgement that she appreciates our business, even if some of the items need to be turned. Hey! That's what crafting is all about! You always buy more than you need because no one wants to run out in the middle of a project. BFD if I am returning a few rolls of ribbon. Give me my refund without the hateful attitude! Or perhaps she just has bitchy resting face and doesn't realize it. read more

Found the cutest ornaments the other day and the price was reasonable. Found selfie with an elfie dolls. I love buying everything on a fifty percent off price. The bargains were unreal. Brian the manager was very helpful and friendly. read more

I love this store, terrific deals, beautiful merchandise for any occasion. I have an issue with the arrogance of the manager, Jesse. I got a taste of his professionalism when he managed KMart years ago. Excited about Hobby Lobby coming to Los Banos until I ran into the manager. Ugh! Overall, the staff are friendly and helpful. The store is clean and organized. The management position should be held by someone that is approachable & friendly to EVERYONE. He possesses neither of these characteristics read more

Excellent Customer service and very pleasant sales associates. I will continue shopping here. read more

Had an awesome experience in the store. My bf & I have never been to a Hobby Lobby so we were extremely shocked when we walked in. They have everything. I am now trying to return my stuff from Party City because I loved everything from here. The workers didn't acknowledge us, which was fine with me. But the cashier was so sweet. read more

I love hobby lobby. It's the best store ever but I can't stand the employees/ mainly managers. They are so rude and disrespect to the customers. It's almost as if they hate their job so they treat the customers like shit. The sad thing is it's the managers acing this way and teaching the employees to be rude. Mauricio is a manager there and he's rude as heck. It's gotten so bad with the way they treat me here that I dread going to my favorite store in my own home town that I have to drive to Gilroy most of the time now and the employees there are amazing!! I've spoken to a few and they say I'm not the only customer doing the drive to avoid going to the Los Banos hobby lobby. Yes it's that BAD!!!!! I've spent thousands and thousands of dollars here and to be treated the way they treat myself and other customers and it's not ok. I'm ready to go protest and I have a about 10 other customers of yours ready as well. Something needs to be changed NOW!!!!! It's not ok!!!!! You change it or Los banos town residents will! read more
