I went back and they told me they had no record of the second charge EVEN with me having signed and stamped statement from bank showing double charge. I've always been told Buckle jeans have a lifetime warranty, considering you pay so much for a pair, it's always seemed accurate. They have always taken care of me when my jeans had rips or tears and if they can not be repaired they give me a new pair. I went in to finally swap this pair out, since they tore on me after the 3rd time wearing them. Life is crazy, so I just now got around to doing it. The gentleman at the front counter told me the seamstress at their store did not have the tools to repair my jeans. That's completely fine. I figured he would just swap them out for me. He said they can only swap them out within months of purchase. I was 14 days out of my 7 months. I have never been told this before so of course I got a little angry. I have gotten to wear the jeans 3 times!! I called and emailed the corporate office and spoke with their customer service team and they immediately told me they would get me a new pair sent and if they didn't have that same pair they would issue me a gift card!! I am thankful for the customer service team within the corporate office but I WILL NEVER be back in the location in Florence, AL again!! The guy just didn't want to help me out, plain and simple!!
