Spent $300 and didn't get what I discussed very specifically with the artist. The coffee mug is…read moremissing glaze on about half of the mug and is painted very poorly. The silhouette piece has bubbles that appear to be filled in with some sort of marker as it differs from the color of the paint. The words are not even centered on a piece I spent almost $100 on. I asked for tans, greys, and light blues on the border like beach colors and got blue, green, and pink. I paid extra for artwork on a canvas in jewel tones and got no additional artwork for $16 that was paid for the additional. Flower pot was supposed to have pea pods and even told the story to the artist why. No pea pods are on the flower pot, only flowers. There is also glaze missing in chunks on the flower pot. 4 out of 4 pieces had something wrong. Part of it could have been miscommunication, but the way they wanted to address it was me to drop off then have to pick it up an hour and a half away. Even that "solution" took convincing. That didn't seem fair for their mistakes. I did demand a refund for the artwork but only got refunded $20. The artwork charge was $16- $27 each piece so $20 definitely didn't cover for all of the many mistakes. Again paid $300 for the 4 pieces. Whoever I spoke with was rude. I was admittedly frustrated, but these were the main gifts for family this year and am quite embarrassed by the poor workmanship. Takeaway: please provide your customers clear expectations in your art pieces. If there's going to be words misaligned, let your customers know this a possibility. If it's possible the artist is going to forget the exact artwork, again just let the customer know that it may not be exact. I have learned lessons as well which include to provide even clearer cut expectations. I would not recommend this business to anyone. It has left me scrambling to find the money and gifts to replace for Christmas.

I cannot speak highly enough about David And his staff. I had him help me design my new Christmas…read moretree and decor. He made me two tear drop wreaths, a mantle garland and two small trees for my mantle. He also sold me my 9" tree and all the decor for it. He knew the amount to tell me to buy and guided me along the way. Unfortunately I am not a local to the area and couldn't have him come to my house and put it everything on my main for me, but shipped everything so nice and neat that I literally just had to take it out and place it as I wanted. He had given me a few tips about placement and I tried to use them. Every other decoration just needed to be unwrapped and placed out on my mantle and by my front door. Thank you David for helping make my Christmas a little more festive.

My invitations were pretty simple but I did want a map of the area on the back as our reception is travel themed.. the map gave us a lot of trouble picking the right one and getting the contrast just right and I was unaware until about 6 proofs in that each proof was $10. In the end I got my invitations and the last detail I had added, "dinner and dancing" instead of "reception to follow" was not done but I was just so ready to be done I didn't get it changed. The invitations are pretty none the less but I think I could have ordered online with less stress and for probably less money...

The sales lady kept coming over to where we were which was nice at first until....... I asked her how long the monogram would take and she stated the time. I told my relative I needed the gift before the allotted wait time and I may have to just get my daughter to get it in Texas THIS TIME because a store close to her can monogram Jon Hart in the store. The sales lady jumped in the conversation between my relative and I, seemed extremely offended after hearing me say this and said she'd never heard of that, and made another derogatory comment. Then we overhear her talking about us to another coworker at the stationary desk!! At least wait until someone leaves the store before! I absolutely would have bought something or even on my next visit to Florence as I come once or twice a month, but I was extremely disappointed in the lack of professionalism shown.
