Paid for them and got home to find out they were not the correct ones. Took them back and they said no returns. They did take 1 back for us but not the second one. These are not cheap parts and they could clearly see in their system that we purchased them there and that they sold us the wrong part. We only got store credit for what they did take back. But when it was clearly their mistake TAKE BACK THE MERCHANDISE! Applogize and don't give excuses. I will never return to buy the over priced parts here again.

I do find their fabric selections to be much smaller in scale at their new location even though it is extremely larger. I don't understand that. They don't have upholstery silks or faux silks and crepes which is a disappointment. I do miss the volume of selections they had at the old location. None the less, the staff is just as helpful and pleasant as they've always been. As far as prices, they are competitive with other locations. Still my go to fabric store.

I explain to her that I need this fabric for my work since I was waiting for 18 days already. My second order came incomplete and once again I called, the girl could not find my order and said that she would call me back. Nothing!! They didn't mess up once, but twice. I am done! I have told my colleges to never buy from this place again. Is not worth the headache. There is no respect for other peoples business and money.
