Brian was lamenting that we don't have a store like this close to use back here at home. This was a nice store. We were in sweatpants and Stan didn't care at all, he immediately knew our names and was so helpful. It was a delightful experience, we will definitely be stopping here the next time we are in Oxford.

I won't discuss too much of Men's Warehouse in this review, but I wasn't exactly pleased with their service. However, at Cambridge, I got the distinct impression that the guy helping me was trying to find me a suit I looked good in, not just trying to find a suit that I would buy. I am also 90% sure he is the owner. If not the owner, he is at least the manager. He had me try on a great number of items before finally finding one that I really liked and he claimed that he was going to give me a bit of a break on it (although that may have been a salesman trying to get a sale) and I told him that I wanted to think about it and could I come back the next day. He said that was perfectly fine. I wound up coming back that afternoon to buy the suit only to find that it had been sold. So once again, he had me try on several different suits (this time with more focus as we knew what had looked good and what hadn't from earlier) and finally we found a suit that looked even better than the original had, but it was about $60 more. I was willing to pay the extra, but he gave it to me at the price of the less expensive suit and threw in free hemming of the pants and shortening of one sleeve (which, I am told, is not out of the ordinary). Overall, I was really impressed by this place. Customer satisfaction really seems to be the number one goal. I got a great suit at a great price, never felt pressured and I feel that he really did go out of his way to make sure I was happy. If you are in the Jackson area and need a suit or sports coat, I would strongly urge you to go to Cambridge. You will get something that fits you well and the prices are pretty competitive.

This was one of the worst visits and service I've ever experienced in a long time…read more I had found a tuxedo rental online that I wanted to get measurements for my wedding in June. I walked into the store and asked the woman working if I could get my measurements taken and she told me that they won't take a person's measurements UNLESS they put a deposit down on a tuxedo. She then led me over to show me the jacket that goes with the tuxedo and I again asked if it was possible to just get me my measurements and she again told me that if I wanted to put down a $40 deposit for me and $20 for my groomsmen (I admit, I can't remember if it was a flat $20 for the groomsmen or $20/groomsmen. I have four of them so it would have been $60-$120 JUST to get my measurements). After she said this, the lady asked another woman in the store if other woman needed help. The worker went to the back to check something for the customer while she was helping me and when she had finished with the other woman, she came back and just looked at me, not saying a word. I asked a third time if there was no way to get my measurements taken and she said that if I wanted to put down a deposit, she would take them for me. I told the woman that I had come from Oxford, MS to this store just for a measurement, but she was unwilling to help me. For context, from my house to this store is 61.4 miles ONE way, so this isn't a trip I can take whenever the mood strikes me. I had to waste an entire morning traveling to this store only to be treated so poorly. Since the woman refused to help me, I drove back to Oxford. I then went to the Jos A Bank store that is in Oxford to see if they would help me. Not only did they immediately take my measurements for me without any stipulations or questions, they also had the same tuxedo rental available that I was considering renting through this Men's Wearhouse store. However, after being treated so poorly at this Men's Wearhouse store, it was an easy decision to do business with Jos A Bank instead. I have never been treated so poorly and due to some combination of terrible company policy to not measure anyone before they purchase items and the awful service the worker provided me, Men's Wearhouse lost the business of myself and my four groomsmen. After this experience, I have absolutely no desire to ever set foot inside another Men's Wearhouse when they treat potential customers like this.
