The salesgirl said she could help me, then inspected the item, and then started helping another customer. Nothing said to me at all. I waited and waited and finally another clerk came over and said they could t accept the return because it looked like it had been used. Well, of course it had been used; how else was I to know that it didn't work!?!?? I said "okay" and they just stood there. They finally went over and put the item back in the box so I could take it back. The first salesgirl should've told me right off that they wouldn't take it back instead of ignoring the issue and going about helping someone else. They should've taken the item back. I ordered it online, picked up in store, and it said it was returnable. I saw some cute things on my way in this morning that I meant to buy after my return. Not only did I not buy those things, I won't be back and I won't purchase from Belk again. Nor will I recommend it to anyone. Shameful service. AVOID!!!

This is a very well stocked store that offers western boots and biker boots. There is a little something for men, women and even children. You can get your bike serviced and have minor repairs made. The address is Old 45 S and it is in Guys, Tn just across the state line. There was a Bar-None store in town (Corinth) for several years (owned by the cousin of the owner of this store, Cecil Rhoads) and I shopped there quite a bit. This store is just as well stocked as any I've been in. The leather items are mostly made in Pakistan, but they are heavy and durable goods that hold up under punishment. The western part of the store consists of boots, a few saddles and horse brushes. Dan Post brand of western boots are very popular in this area and are a bit more pricey than a basic brand carried at the local Walmart, but the quality and, in most cases, detail in ornamental stitching is a work of art. There are steel-toe work boots but, I don't recall seeing ones with the metatarsal cover which are the style usually required to work at Caterpillar. There is a bike shop to handle bike maintenance and accessories applications. Bar-None is attached to C Baby's, so if you go visit try to stick around and visit C Baby's and buy a lottery ticket or five.

This Walmart is probably the worst I have been to. They never have stocked shelves, service people,…read moreand new products. You can never get anyone to unlock the makeup products to purchase, no help in the garden center, or in the hunting section. They are plentiful in workers when it comes to shopping online for you but when asked to help point you in the right direction they never can. If you go to this Walmart to get things you will always leave without what you wanted or something different just to keep from stopping at another store. All other Walmarts puts this one to shame. It has been this way for three years. It needs new staff and management asap. I will drive an hour out of my way to go to a different location.
